Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Solar Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, preferably in the solar energy sector, and a passion for promoting sustainable energy solutions. This role is focused on driving sales growth, building customer relationships, and contributing to our mission of advancing solar energy adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals within the designated territory.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers, including homeowners, businesses, and commercial clients.
• Conduct site assessments and consultations to evaluate customer energy needs and recommend appropriate solar solutions.
• Present and explain the benefits of solar energy systems, including cost savings, environmental impact, and financial incentives.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to individual customer needs and preferences.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers, ensuring alignment with company policies and profitability goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and installation, to ensure a smooth transition from sales to project execution.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position and differentiate our products and services.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics as set by the Sales Manager.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and address any post-sale issues or inquiries.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
