Lawrence & Mayo group has 2 divisions - Lawrence & Mayo Optical and Lawrence & Mayo India Pvt. Ltd (Engineering). We were incorporated in 1877 and have a presence across India with 140+ years of presence.

Under the Engineering Division we have various sub-divisions like Survey Instruments, Material Testing Equipment, Vacuum, Weather Measuring Instruments, Vocational Training Equipment, and Scientific Instruments.

POSITION: SALES EXECUTIVE IN SURVEYING INSTRUMENTS

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Cold calling for fixing of appointments with customers.

2. Candidates have to build a strong customer relationship with all customers.

3. Generating business for the company and meeting the sales target.

4. Candidate will have to upgrade themselves with product knowledge continually and ultimately must be capable of carrying out technical discussions on their own.

5. The candidate will be responsible to deliver Surveying Instruments/equipment and training the customers on how to use Surveying Instruments/equipment's (Hi-Tech), (Examples: Total Stations, Theodolites, and GPS, etc.)

6. Candidate will cover the territory effectively and ensure that every customer in their territory is met and satisfied.

7. Candidate should be fully aware of your competitor's activities as regards to their strategy, plans, personnel, new products, pricing, and market share and provide feedback to your Sales Manager / General Manager on a monthly basis.

8. The candidate will watch out for opportunities to project the company's image by effective participation in exhibitions, seminars etc. directly related to the range of products handled by the candidate and ensure maximum mileage is derived out of them.

REQUIREMENT

Qualification: B.E. Civil Engineering, B. Sc from any background, or B. Tech/MBA in Marketing preferred, not compulsory.

Location: Nagpur

Fresher's and experienced both welcomed.
