1) Having good communication skills and potential to convert the lead into business.
2) Maintaining a good relationship with the merchant and providing them support for the use of application.
3) Proactive in solving query with back end support and co operation.
4) Monitoring the events and providing the feedback for better customer experience.
5) Provides insights for improvement and help in reaching the organisational goals and objectives.
