Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and motivated Sales Executives (Male candidates are preferred for this position) to drive sales for our medical e-learning website . The role focuses on recruiting, managing, and developing Direct Sales Associates (DSA) to maximize sales and ensure successful implementation of our sales strategies. Candidates from Bangalore are preferred, given the need for local market knowledge and established networks. Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of sales experience are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Recruitment & Management of DSA:

• Identify, recruit, and onboard Direct Sales Agents (DSAs) to expand sales outreach.
• Train, mentor, and support DSAs to ensure high performance and alignment with company goals.

2.Sales Target Achievement:

• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales of the medical e-learning platform through DSAs.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the team.

3.Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs and other partners to ensure smooth communication and long-term partnerships.

Key Qualifications:

• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of sales experience
• Strong ability to recruit, manage, and develop DSAs or similar sales roles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Familiarity with the Bangalore market and a robust local network is a must.
