Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive with 1 to 2 years of experience in sales to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, strong communication skills, and a drive to achieve targets. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and contributing to our sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation & Prospecting : Identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, and online research.
• Client Outreach : Present our products/services to potential clients, demonstrating the value they bring.
• Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Sales Strategy Execution : Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by executing strategic sales plans.
• Market Analysis : Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market demands to identify new opportunities.
• Reporting & Feedback : Regularly update CRM with client interactions and provide feedback to the management team on client needs and improvements.
Requirements:
• Experience : 1-2 years in a sales role, preferably within Building Materials.
• Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Skills :
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
• Knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
• Other : Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
