Sales Executive (Field Marketing)

Location : Kozhikode District
Salary : ?20,000 per month (with minimum target)

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive (Field Marketing) to join our team in Kozhikode District . This position is ideal for individuals who have a strong passion for sales, whether experienced or freshers with a sales background. As a field sales executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling products/services in the assigned region, generating leads, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Field Sales and Marketing : Conduct direct sales and marketing activities in the field by visiting clients, building relationships, and promoting the company's products/services.
• Lead Generation : Identify potential customers, generate new leads, and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Customer Interaction : Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers, addressing their needs and inquiries promptly.
• Sales Target Achievement : Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. Ensure the sales pipeline is full and consistently progressing.
• Product Presentation : Effectively demonstrate and explain the benefits of the company's products to potential clients and customers.
• Market Research : Analyze the market to identify new sales opportunities, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Reporting : Provide regular updates and reports on sales progress, market feedback, and challenges faced. Keep track of sales performance and maintain accurate customer data.
• Negotiation and Closing : Negotiate with potential clients and close sales deals effectively.
• Promotional Activities : Participate in promotional activities, events, and exhibitions to increase brand visibility and attract new customers.

Key Requirements:

• Education : No specific qualification required, but previous experience in sales is preferred.
• Experience : Previous experience in sales, especially field marketing or direct sales, is an advantage, though freshers with good sales skills are welcome to apply.
• Skills :
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to build relationships and engage customers effectively.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in the field.
• Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle rejection gracefully.
• Knowledge of the local market and customer behavior in Kozhikode is a plus.
