delivering while ensuring thorough follow-up on after-sales issues.
\xef\x82\xb7 Act as a reliable source of information for management and brand partners regarding
products and high-potential customer feedback.
\xef\x82\xb7 Manage inventory, restocking, record-keeping, by adhering to the operational manual and
security procedures.
\xef\x82\xb7 Possess an in-depth understanding of the brand and its complete product range to
effectively convey the brand\'s heritage and values.
Prerequisites/Skills:
\xef\x82\xb7 Graduate or Diploma holder in business administration, sales, or related courses.
\xef\x82\xb7 Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or hospitality. High end retail experience would be
an added advantage.
\xef\x82\xb7 Excellent sales management, business analysis, planning, communication.
\xef\x82\xb7 Strong problem-solving abilities, goal-oriented, and deadline-driven.
\xef\x82\xb7 Detail-oriented with adaptability to new situations and procedural changes.
\xef\x82\xb7 Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English), strong selling ability, and
customer-oriented approach.
