Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions of property sales, including price, financing options, and closing dates. Facilitate communication between buyers and sellers to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
Sales Performance Analysis: Track and analyse sales performance metrics, such as the number of leads generated, conversions, and revenue. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase sales effectiveness.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, addressing client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude to build trust and long-term relationships.
