: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell residential and commercial properties to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
• Negotiate and close deals, handling all aspects of the sales process.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in real estate.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
• Fast learner with a passion for sales.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
• High school diploma; BSc/BA in business or related field is a plus.
