• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• In-depth knowledge of the oil & gas industry
• Proficient in preparing quotations and handling negotiations
Experience : 3-5 years (preferred)
Salary Range : Rs. 25,000 - Rs. 40,000 (CTC)
:
• Sales and Tender Management : Actively engage in the sale of process equipment and manage the preparation and submission of tenders.
• Lead Generation and Support : Assist in generating leads, nurturing prospects, and supporting the sales manager in identifying new opportunities.
• Client Presentations : Develop and present impactful presentations to highlight the value of products and services.
• Client Relationship Building : Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Negotiations : Lead negotiations with clients on terms, pricing, and contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company goals.
• Sales Conversion and Support : Convert leads into sales, guide clients through the purchasing process, and offer continuous support to ensure client satisfaction.
• Sales Performance Tracking : Set clear sales goals, monitor progress, and implement strategies to achieve growth targets.
• Reporting and Collaboration : Maintain accurate sales records, generate quarterly reports, and work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, product development, and customer service) to align efforts and drive sales initiatives.
