Sales Executive
Guarented Rentals Private Limited is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential leads, engaging them through calls and chats, and converting these interactions into successful sales by connecting with the required departments till order fulfillment/delivery. This role is pivotal in driving customer acquisition and contributing to the growth of our rental services.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management:
• Proactively call and engage with potential leads.
• Follow up on leads promptly to ensure maximum conversion potential.
• Maintain records of calls, chats, and conversion progress in the CRM system and sheets.
• Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and innovative marketing strategies.
Conversion Optimization:
• Build rapport with prospective clients to understand their rental needs and preferences.
• Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions for their property needs.
• Engage with customers through a combination of chat and calling processes.
• Ensure a high standard of communication and professionalism with each interaction.
• Provide product knowledge and educate customers on service benefits and features.
Sales Reporting:
• Track and report daily and weekly calls/chats activities with conversion data.
• Maintain and update customer records, sales progress, and lead status.
• Achieve or exceed monthly targets for calls and lead conversions of rentals and B2B customers.
Market Analysis:
• Stay updated on real estate market trends, property prices, and competitive market strategies.
• Conduct market research to identify property opportunities and challenges.
• Assist clients with paperwork, including agreements, contracts, and legal formalities.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant real estate laws and regulations.
Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with the marketing, manufacturing and support teams to maximize lead flow.
• Provide feedback to management on the customer experience and lead quality.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduate/Additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
Requirements:
• Prior experience in sales, real estate sales or a related field is preferred.
• Work from the Office/Field with a Rotational Week Off and 6 days working.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal with good networking abilities and a proactive approach to lead generation.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the local real estate market is an added advantage.
