Position : Sales Executive and Sales manager
Location : Golf Avenue 42 Golf Course Road Sector 42
Experience : 1-5 years
Salary : 30-80k

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Customer Engagement :
• Greet customers and provide a personalized shopping experience.
• Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable jewelry pieces.
• Product Knowledge :
• Stay updated with the latest trends and details of products in the showroom.
• Educate customers about the quality, materials, and craftsmanship of the jewelry.
• Sales Management :
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Upsell and cross-sell products effectively.
• Inventory and Display :
• Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Assist in managing inventory, replenishing stock, and handling product displays.
• Billing and Documentation :
• Handle billing, invoicing, and any payment transactions with accuracy.
• Maintain proper sales records and documentation as per company policies.
• Customer Relationship Management :
• Follow up with customers for feedback and maintain long-term relationships.
• Assist in resolving any customer complaints or queries promptly.
• Team Coordination :
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth showroom operations.
• Participate in showroom events, promotions, and marketing activities.

Requirements :

• Education : High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business or related fields is a plus.
• Experience : Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewelry industry, is an advantage.
• Skills :
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Persuasive selling skills and customer-oriented attitude.
• Proficiency in local language(s) and basic English.
• Knowledge of jewelry materials and designs is a plus.
• Personal Traits :
• Polite, presentable, and confident demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customers.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?80,000.00 per month
