Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assess their vehicle preferences.
Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits.
Negotiate pricing and close sales deals.
Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on inventory.
Build lasting relationships with customers for repeat business.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous sales experience preferred.
Valid driver's license.
Compensation:
Base salary plus commission, with bonuses for achieving sales targets.
