• Initiate phone conversations with potential leads, clients, and data to meet assigned targets.
• Consistently follow up with prospects to close sales within the sales cycle.
• Effectively communicate and engage leads through email, WhatsApp, SMS, and calls.
• Meet weekly targets in a high-pressure, performance-driven environment.
• Monitor personal performance and contribute to team goals, focusing on metrics like conversion
• ratio, average monthly revenue, and revenue per sale.
• Set up client meetings at their office or home for presentations.
• Activate channel partners, brokers, and corporate clients for lead generation and events.
• Achieve targets for broker meetups and activations.
• Conduct site visits, provide presentations, and address client queries.
• Be multitasking, self-driven, and proactive in approach.
• Maintain a regular MIS report on daily, weekly, and monthly performance, reporting to senior management.
• Focus on direct sales and broker activation.
• Operate in a target-bound, not time-bound, work environment.
