Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new market opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and developing strategic plans to enhance our market presence. This role requires a blend of sales expertise, project management skills, and a deep understanding of customer relationship management.
Duties
• Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve company goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.
• Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities.
• Prepare presentations and proposals for potential clients, showcasing the value of our products/services.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning efforts.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a related industry.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
• Proficiency in customer relationship management software, particularly Salesforce.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data effectively.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and team members.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop innovative solutions that drive business growth.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
