Role Description
He/she should be accountable for performance and responsible for managing & converting leads.
Should be able to achieve monthly targets via Online Sales.
Providing in-depth information to prospective learners, this includes counselling through phone, email, chat and social media.
Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline
Effective in team coordination for achieving assigned goals and ensuring collaboration among team members.
Skills, Knowledge &
Abilities
-Bachelor's degree in any domain.
-Proven experience working as a tele-calling will be a plus.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data visualisation is must.
-The ability to work efficiently under pressure.
-Effective communication skills.
-Exceptional customer service skills.
•Freshers with good communication skill in english can apply.
