Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Gurugram sector 44

Job Type: Full-time

Qualifications:

- Minimum 12th pass

- Must have a bike and a driver's license

Experience: Fresher to 3 years

Salary: 25,000 - 35,000 INR per month, with an additional incentive of 250 INR per client visit.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and approach potential clients to promote insurance products.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing excellent service and support.

- Conduct client visits and effectively communicate the benefits of our insurance offerings.

- Gather and maintain accurate client data and records.

- Provide information and guidance on insurance policies, terms, and conditions.

- Address client inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.

- Achieve set targets for client visits and policy sales.

- Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed company goals.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 12th pass qualification.

- A valid bike and driver's license are essential.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.

- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but freshers are encouraged to apply.

- Self-motivated and target-driven.
