We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our dynamic team! In this role, you'll engage with customers , understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions to drive sales . You'll manage both inbound inquiries and outbound sales efforts, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while achieving sales targets.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication in Hindi and English.
• Familiarity with CRM systems .
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers via phone to introduce our products/services, handle their queries and address customer concerns
• Follow up on leads and opportunities generated through marketing campaigns.
• Meeting monthly sales requirements.
• Promote and sell Meadbery's nutritional products and services to our clients
• Understand customer needs and requirements and, therefore, be able to pitch the appropriate product/plan for the client.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and upsell relevant products/services.
• Manage customer data and sales pipeline using our CRM system.
• Meet and exceed sales quotas by identifying growth opportunities.
