• Generate New Business Leads: Identify and pursue potential clients through phone calls to expand the business.
• Product/Service Briefing: Clearly and effectively explain product/service details to potential clients over the phone.
• Client Engagement: Convince and finalize agreements with clients.
• Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong working relationships with existing and new clients to ensure long-term success and credibility.
• Daily Activity Report: Maintain and submit daily reports of call activities and progress.
• Call Plan: Share a detailed call plan every 15 days.
• Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify potential leads to be passed on to the sales team for further action.
• Record Maintenance: When a lead is finalized, ensure all records are updated and maintained accurately according to the company hierarchy.
• Documentation: Complete all necessary documentation and coordinate with your supervisor.
• Progress Reporting: Maintain and send daily progress reports to your supervisor.
• Policy Development: Create calling scripts and policies that help overcome challenges.
• Sales and Relationships: Sell company products/services by creating and nurturing contacts and relationships over the phone.
• Follow-Up: Conduct regular follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Market Analysis: Analyze competition and market trends to stay ahead in the market.
