- Handle customer queries and leads as per standards set by the company - Follow the customer care protocol during every customer interaction
- Analyze and make decisions based on data - reach out to senior management to evaluate solutions based on data
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending training, workshops, working with cross-functional teams, and reading educational materials
- Data Management - keep management informed by submitting accurate, complete and timely data and reports
- Monitor competition by gathering current information on pricing, programs, trends, etc.
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, coming up with solutions, preparing reports, and making suggestions to management
- Positively contribute to business by achieving targets on a consistent basis and asking for support wherever required
