##### Sales Executive

The Sales Executive will support the Sales Head by contributing to the achievement of revenue targets and the expansion of the company's client base. This role involves lead generation, building relationships, and promoting the company's services, including website development, digital marketing, and mobile application development. The Sales Executive will act as the first point of contact for potential clients and ensure an excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle.


Responsibilities


1. Sales & Lead Generation:

• Identify and generate leads through cold calls, emails, and networking.
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of prospects to meet assigned targets.
• Assist in developing tailored pitches and proposals for clients.


2. Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction.
• Address client inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients.


3. Market Research & Reporting:

• Conduct basic market research to identify new opportunities.
• Analyze client needs and provide valuable feedback to the Sales Head.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare periodic reports.


4. Digital Marketing Knowledge:

• Understand the basics of digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, content marketing) to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.
• Stay updated with current industry trends and share insights with the team.


5. Collaboration with Sales Head:

• Work closely with the Sales Head to strategize and prioritize sales efforts.
• Provide regular updates on progress, challenges, and client feedback.
• Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and marketing materials.


6. CRM Management:

• Maintain and update leads, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM tools.
• Follow up diligently on assigned leads to convert them into deals.
• Qualification: Graduation in any discipline, MBA (Preferred)

2)Digital Marketing Knowledge: Understanding social media marketing, and campaign analysis.


3)Leadership: Team leadership, collaboration, goal setting, and performance management.
