Dokitti, a leading pet care company, is looking for an experienced and professional Sales Executive with a proven track record in sales. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience, strong expertise in both B2B and B2C sales, and preferably a deep understanding of the pet care industry. We are seeking a candidate who is highly motivated, and results-oriented, with the ability to drive sales and contribute to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and grow B2B and B2C sales channels for Dokitti's product portfolio.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, retailers, and distributors.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the company's market reach .
• Provide product demonstrations, answer client queries, and offer tailored recommendations.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adapt sales strategies.
• Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to management.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
• Maintain a high conversion rate through exceptional communication, negotiation, and follow-up.

Qualifications :

• Preferably Experience in the pet products industry.
• Proven experience in B2B and B2C sales .
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills .
• Ability to drive sales, meet targets, and adapt to changing market conditions.
• Professional demeanor with exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• A high level of expertise in managing sales pipelines and closing deals.
• Knowledge of pet products is preferred but not mandatory.
