Job summary : As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone, understanding their needs, and promoting our products/services. Your goal will be to build relationships, generate leads, and contact potential and existing customers to introduce them to our products and services, answer their questions, and close deals.
Responsibilities:
• Prospect for new leads and identify sales opportunities
• Make outbound calls to introduce our company's products and services
• Build rapport with potential customers and understand their needs
• Deliver clear and concise presentations about our offerings
• Answer customer questions and address their concerns
• Overcome objections and negotiate deals to close sales
• Process orders and ensure accurate data entry
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times
• Track and report on call activity and sales performance
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends to provide accurate information to customers.
• Handle customer objections and concerns professionally and courteously.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or a similar role.
• Preferring male candidates only.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (business-related fields preferred).
