We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Lubricant Department. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of the lubricant industry. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive lubricant sales growth in the assigned territory.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers. Provide exceptional customer service and support.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas through proactive sales efforts, including prospecting, cold calling, and follow-up.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the company's lubricant products and services. Provide customers with detailed information, demonstrations, and recommendations based on their specific needs.
• Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management. Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns. Collaborate with the technical team to address customer inquiries and technical issues.
• Customer Feedback: Gather and relay customer feedback to the product development team to contribute to product improvement and innovation.
Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Relevant industry certifications are a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the lubricant industry or related field.
• Skills:
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of lubricant products and their applications is highly desirable.
• Other: Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
