• Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and referrals
• Qualify leads and opportunities to ensure alignment with the company's target market and capabilities
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals, pitches, and presentations for potential clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, strategic partners, and industry influencers
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on business development activities, pipeline status, and achievements
• Required: 10 years+ experience as a salesperson
• Strong communication skills to relay information consistently with senior management staff
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Experience of mapping competition, strategic understanding of the market space and customer segments and developing suitable strategies for retaining and growing sales and customer base
• Required: Experience working in the flexible packaging industry

Pay: From ?24,000.00 per month
