Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and pursue new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Conduct market research and identify customer needs.
• Deliver sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate and close sales deals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on sales strategies.
• Maintain sales records in the CRM system.
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven sales experience.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and results-driven.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month

• Kolkata District, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
• Negotiation: 1 year (Preferred)
