Job Description
• Basic understanding of automobile products
• Basic understanding of vehicle financing and service schedules
• Should be tech-savvy and able to handle digital equipment/ tools used to improve productivity and efficiency
• Should have a customer-focused approach and empathy towards customer grievances
• Detailed understanding of ARENA Values and Standards
• Should be fluent in the local language and English
• Should have basic computer skills
• Should have good communication skills
