Job Title: Sales Executive - TATA Motors
Working Days: 6 days a week | Rotational Shifts & Rotational Offs
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell TATA Motors products and services to potential customers
Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
Maintain and update customer records in CRM tools
Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries and resolving concerns
Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and achieve organizational goals
Requirements:
Education: Graduate in any discipline
Experience: Minimum 1 year in sales or a related field
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
Skills:
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
Basic computer proficiency (CRM experience preferred)
Customer-centric approach with the ability to handle objections effectively
Compensation & Benefits:
CTC: Up to ?27,000 per month (Experienced)
