Our Sales team is looking for a hardworking and customer-oriented individual to join us as a Sales Executive on an immediate basis. Have real-estate experience.As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales leads. You will also be responsible for developing full-proof sales strategies for the company. In addition to this, you will also be required to handle customers\' queries and concerns.
You should have good communication skills and the ability to work in a team. You should also possess good sales and negotiation skills.

Setting short- and long-term goals to achieve sales targets.
Identifying customer needs and requirements.
Finding out various potential customers via cold calling, networking, etc.
Attending exhibitions and conferences on behalf of the company.
Managing customer complaints, inquiries, and questions.
Preparing sales reports by analyzing the data accurately.
Working in collaboration with the sales team for better results.
Attending sales meetings on a daily basis.
Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales deals.Requirements
High school diploma or GED.
Working experience as a Sales Executive, Sales Representative, or a similar role in the Sales department.
Total knowledge of marketing and negotiating procedures.
Ability to think out of the box.
