Key Responsibilities :
The candidate is responsible for growing the Sales of the company product portfolio in an assigned territory (Project Sales)
Key Customer Profile Builders / Developers / contractors / architects (At corporate level &/or site specific)
Key Product Portfolio that needs to be sold Gypsum plaster, Readymix Plaster, Bonding agents, & other related products
The person needs to survey & develop a database of all active construction sites in an assigned territory
Retain existing customers & generate repeat business or cross sell our product portfolio.
Develop & build new customers on an ongoing basis.
Key Requirements
A good understanding of Sales processes in the construction industry
Ability to reach out to customers & sell the Buildon Value proposition.
A Go-Getter with an ability to work independently & resolve problems.
Strong personality and good communication skills would be an added advantage
Prior experience in Selling a similar product portfolio will be an added advantage.
