Lead Generation and Prospecting:
• Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels (calls, emails, social media, networking events).
• Build and maintain a database of prospective clients.
Client Engagement:
• Understand client requirements and present tailored event/conference solutions.
• Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and demonstrations.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets.
• Prepare and negotiate proposals and contracts.
Relationship Management:
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
• Act as a primary point of contact during the sales process and collaborate with internal teams for successful event delivery.
Market Research:
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities.
• Provide insights and feedback to enhance sales strategies and offerings.
Reporting and Analysis:
• Track sales metrics, prepare regular sales reports, and present performance updates to management.
