We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Executive with 1-2 years of proven experience in B2B sales to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, driving business growth and building strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities by targeting potential B2B clients across industries.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and present tailored SaaS solutions effectively.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure continued business growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, and Support) to meet and exceed client expectations.
• Track and analyze sales performance metrics using CRM tools to optimize sales strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to refine sales approaches.
• Consistently achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets.

### Requirements

Key Requirements:

• Experience: 1-2 years in B2B sales (SaaS or technology-focused sales preferred).
• Education: Graduate in any discipline (B.Tech/MBA preferred but not mandatory).

Skills:

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with sales pipelines, CRM tools, and basic analytics.
• Proactive in identifying and closing sales opportunities.
• Passionate about technology and capable of explaining complex solutions simply.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Number of qualified leads converted into customers.
• Monthly and quarterly revenue targets achieved.
• Client retention and satisfaction rates.
• Efficiency and accuracy in managing and tracking leads through CRM tools.
