Dear Candidates,

We are seeking dynamic sales professionals specializing in Inside Sales to join our growing team at PropertyKumbh!

Job Objective:

The objective of this role is to sell PropertyKumbh's customised subscription packages to our already registered members via online product demonstrations and contribute to the overall revenue of the organization. This is a subscription-selling role, where we do not sell properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact registered Owner clients who are currently using free services to discuss and sell paid subscription plans.
• Build and maintain strong, positive customer relationships.
• Persuasively encourage clients to upgrade from free to paid plans by demonstrating the benefits of our platform.
• Use data and insights to showcase our platform's value to the clients.
• Negotiate and close sales deals.
• Meet and exceed revenue targets.

Skills Required:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in selling subscription-based services is preferred.
• Quick learner with high energy and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
