Job Summary:
Acquire new customers through inbound calls, outbound calling, or email.
- Understanding customer needs and answering their queries related to products or services.
- Explain the features and benefits of the products and services to a prospect.
- Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
- Maintaining customer records and following up with them
- Persuade and convert leads into enrollments, meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
Telecaller Skills and Qualifications:
-High school graduate or equivalent
-Prior experience in telesale representative or customer service executive
-Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills
-Relevant knowledge of MS office and telephone systems
-Ability to provide information about product and services in an easy-to-understand manner
-Solid negotiation skills and ability to resolve grievances
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet sales targets
