About Us :Fx Retina is a high-performance digital marketing agency specializing in helping businesses scale through paid advertising strategies across Google and Facebook platforms.

Role Overview :We're looking for dynamic and empathetic Sales Executives to join our growing team. This is a consultative sales role where you'll be responsible for engaging with high-quality leads, understanding their needs, and helping them enroll in our transformative program .

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact and qualify leads.
• Conduct 1-hour sales calls to build rapport, understand client pain points, and present program benefits.
• Use a consultative sales approach to address objections and close sales.
• Maintain a consistent follow-up schedule to maximize conversions.
• Achieve monthly sales targets with a blend of empathy and confidence.
• Keep detailed records of sales activities using CRM tools.

What We Offer:

• Compensation Structure:
• •First Month •: 10% commission per sale (potential earning: INR 30,000+).
• •From Second Month •: INR 8,000 fixed salary + 7% commission per sale.

Who You Are:

• 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development (preferably in healthcare, education, or high-ticket sales).
• Exceptional communication and listening skills.
• Empathy and patience to address sensitive client concerns.
• A confident, consultative sales approach.
• Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
