We are seeking an Inside Sales Manager with excellent communication skills, strong organization, and multitasking abilities. The role focuses on Modern Trade, E-commerce sales (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.), marketing, and strategic analysis. The ideal candidate should excel in building client relationships and maintaining a positive brand image.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Generate and manage leads through phone, email, and messages. (Cold Calling)
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
3. Deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.
4. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
5. Track KPIs and report sales performance.
6. Maintain a robust client pipeline and follow up on leads.
7. Address customer concerns professionally and promptly.
8. Handle negotiations and closing of deals.
Required Skills:
1. Experience in Ecommerce/Retail/Modern Trade.
2. 1 year of experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
3. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
6. Immediate joiners would be preferred.
7. Knowledge of market trends and customer needs.
8. Must be a Graduate/Postgraduate (related fields).
