Paraayan is looking for an energetic and driven Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves fieldwork and driving sales for our range of religious products.
Responsibilities
• Perform field sales activities to promote and sell Paraayan's religious products.
• Identify and establish relationships with potential clients in Noida and surrounding areas.
• Develop and maintain strong connections with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through effective planning and execution.
• Provide market insights, client feedback, and competitor analysis to the management team.
• Ensure timely reporting of daily sales activities and progress.
• Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
• Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
• Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
Requirements
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in offline sales.
• Must own a two wheeler for local travel.
• Resident of Noida or neighboring cities with excellent knowledge of the area.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to dynamic market conditions.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
