Job Location: Bareilly& Uttrakhand
Importance of the Role
Will be responsible for sales & management of the trade channels ( Direct Dealers /
Distributors) , meet the sales revenue targets as per defined plans & business policies of the
organization.
Overall Responsibility
? Responsible for all primary & secondary sales through the above mentioned
channel and direct execution of order fulfillment.
? Develop new market and appoint direct dealers / distributors by search for
channel partners in the assigned territories.
? Responsible for meeting annual sales target (by quantity & by value) assigned
for the territory under him.
? Ability to interface with Commercial Architects, PMCs, Specifies, Fabricators with the
objective of prospecting project business.
? Will be responsible for brand presence & penetration thru' these channels & also position any
future sub brands into similar or newer markets.
? In co ordination with the channel partners, will be responsible for implementing ALUTUFF
branding & marketing collaterals at points of sales.
? Key Accounts management and ensuring that customer relationship development is with the
objective of business building and creating brand loyalty.
? Ensure that all reporting (written and verbal) are submitted by the channel outlets as per
defined timeline and formats.
? Prepare a structured system of market feedback on product, product range , service
expectation from customers with the objective of business building and growth from the
showrooms
? Execution of trade promotions like loyalty programs, special schemes & product promotions
, designing local in shop promotions & activities to grow the channel business.
Performance Metrics
1. Prepare & deliver on targeted sales revenue for the categories , products &
channels handled during the year
Measures :
? Month wise sales vs target results in value terms & % growth /drop monitoring
? Territory wise sales achievement -- % & value
? Product wise sales achievement ( in case more than one product is handled by the
appraisee)
2 : New market development initiative & penetration achievement for sales growth during
the year
Measures :
? No: of new dealers/distributors developed and new territories opened during the year ---
incremental sales achieved from these markets, performance evaluation & result achieved
/not achieved with justification.
? Total no: of dealers handled, performance review of old vs new dealers, how many old
dealers were discontinued & reasons thereof.
? Methods used for reordering , how were the inventory movement monitored , how many
of the existing & new items were put on discount sales & reasons thereof
3 : Co ordination with all Dealers /Distributors for procuring of the abovementioned
materials & execution of all such supplies
Measures :
? No: of sales orders executed during the year -- delayed vs timely execution
? No: of orders cancelled & reasons thereof
? Support to trade channels with timely information in managing customer complaints

? Graduate in any field. MBA qualification from a reputed institute would be an added
advantage.
? 0 -1.5years relevant experience in building material industry.

Remuneration
1. Fixed Salary (Sales Executive) Between Rs.10,000 - Rs.20,000/- p.m
2. Variable Component As per Co:'s Incentive Policy
Possible Target Organization
1. Consider search from trade distribution Dealer networks of reputed brands in the glass
/aluminum / UPVC windows & doors , Laminates and Plywood categories of the
building construction industry.
