Key Responsibilities:
• Manage online sales activities, including product listings, customer interactions, and order processing across various e-commerce platforms.
• Generate sales by responding to customer inquiries, providing product information, and guiding them through the purchasing process.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with marketing to optimise promotional campaigns, sales funnels, and product visibility.
• Monitor and analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date product listings, pricing, and stock availability on online platforms.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide excellent post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging online sales strategies.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in an online or e-commerce environment.
• Familiarity with online sales platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, or company-specific platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in digital marketing or SEO optimisation.
• Knowledge of online payment systems and order fulfilment processes.
• Prior experience with online chat systems or customer support tools.
