Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and resourceful Sales candidate to support our team with various administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced start-up environment.

Job Title : Sales Executive

Location: Remote (Lucknow)

Department: Sales

Reports to: Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new sales leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Understand their needs and make solutions accordingly.
• Sales Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring favourable terms for both the company and the client.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify opportunities and threats.
• Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the Sales Manager.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, sales forecasts, and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• 1 year of experience in a sales role or freshers are also welcome.

Skills:

Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.

Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
