:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Specialist to join our team. This role is focused on establishing and nurturing relationships with salons and parlours, promoting our range of salon services and home services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with salon and parlour owners and managers.

- Present, promote, and sell products and services to existing and prospective customers.

- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends.

- Provide professional advice and recommendations to salons and parlours on services selection.

- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.

- Coordinate with the Salon Specialist team to ensure the best solutions are offered to clients.

- Deliver excellent customer service and support to maintain client satisfaction.

- Prepare and present sales reports to management.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the services or wellness industry.

- Strong & basic understanding of salon and parlour operations and needs.
