Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
• Conduct market research to identify trends and potential areas for growth
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients
• Negotiate contracts and close deals
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand contacts
• Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends
• Maintain a database of client information and sales activities
• Ensure customer satisfaction and manage client accounts

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer requirements
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Self-motivated and target-driven
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
