Experience: Experience of 1 year as Sales / Business Development in IT- Software or Accounting
Age: 18 - 30 years
Gender: Male
Communication: Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
Job Duties:
Identify prospects by lead generation in the field like reference from CA, existing customers, New Customers, Market visits (door to door) etc.
Cold Calling
Coordinate with pre-sales resources to fix appointments for demos.
Identify Business needs of the prospect & show how they can be fulfilled in the product demo.
Understand the requirements of prospects and communicate to the sales team for showing the demo.
Visit events and generate leads.
Pass any noteworthy feedback to the coordinator and/or owner.
Executive Skills and Qualifications:
Clear and persuasive verbal communication.
Active listening to understand prospect needs and respond appropriately.
Building rapport quickly with strangers.
Handling rejection and maintaining a positive attitude.
Good understanding of the product or service being sold.
Ability to answer questions and provide detailed information.
Efficiently planning routes and managing time to maximize the number of visits.
Prioritizing leads and follow-ups.
