We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive with at least 1 year of experience in property sales and a mandatory 2-wheeler. This role involves client consultations, property presentations, negotiation, and closing deals. You will work in a fast-paced environment with a supportive team to achieve targets and deliver top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct property showings and site visits, providing an engaging experience for potential buyers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs to offer tailored property solutions
• Negotiate terms and close deals effectively while ensuring client satisfaction
• Stay updated with local real estate trends and competitor activities
• Ensure accurate and compliant documentation for all transactions
• Meet monthly sales targets and report on performance regularly

Requirements :

• Minimum 1 year of real estate sales experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Customer-centric approach with a focus on relationship-building
• Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented
• Proficiency in local market knowledge
• 2-wheeler (mandatory)
