Lead Generation Executive (Business Development Executive)

Kayjay Global Solutions is a leading IT company dedicated to providing innovative solutions to clients worldwide. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Lead Generation and Business Development Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities:

A) Lead Generation:

• Identify and generate qualified leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking.
• Research potential clients, their needs, and industry trends to identify opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of all leads and interactions in CRM software.

B) Business Development:

• Qualify leads and nurture relationships with potential clients.
• Schedule meetings and presentations with decision-makers.
• Collaborate with sales teams to close deals and achieve revenue targets.
• Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to generate interest and awareness.

C) Sales Enablement:

• Provide sales teams with necessary information and resources to support their efforts.
• Assist in the development of sales collateral and presentations.

D) Tools and Technologies:

• Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools.
• Skilled in using telecommunications and email marketing tools.
• Familiar with social media platforms and their use for lead generation.

E) Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in lead generation or business development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• A proactive and results-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
