A car sales executive's roles and responsibilities include:
• Customer experience : Provide an exceptional customer experience throughout the car buying process
• Communication : Communicate with customers in a clear, respectful, and transparent manner
• Product knowledge : Know the store inventory and product offerings, and make appropriate recommendations
• Sales process : Facilitate the steps of the sale, including taking test drives and submitting financing applications
• Paperwork : Read, collect, and transcribe data to complete accurate paperwork
• Sales area maintenance : Maintain the sales area so that vehicles and products are neatly and accurately displayed
• Customer needs : Analyze the needs of customers and listen to their requirements
• Market research : Research the market and related products
• Product presentation : Present products or services to customers in a professional manner
• Customer feedback : Gather feedback from customers and advise the product team with relevant data
• Vehicle retail sales : Manage vehicle retail sales
