• Source leads from digital platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, BikeDekho, Ather's digital platforms, and other online channels.
• Ensure all leads are accurately documented and updated in the CRM system.
• Proactively follow up on leads through calls, emails, and messages.
• Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Address queries or concerns promptly to build trust and rapport.
• Present product features and benefits effectively to potential customers.
• Conduct product demonstrations or virtual walkthroughs when necessary.
• Convert leads into successful sales, meeting or exceeding targets.
• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports on lead status, sales performance, and customer feedback.
• Provide insights and suggestions to improve the lead generation and sales process.
• Work closely with the marketing team to optimize campaigns and generate high-quality leads.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless post-sales service and customer satisfaction.
