We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team, promoting the Saint-Gobain brand of UPVC windows and doors. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to customers.
2. Product Knowledge and Technical Support:
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Saint-Gobain UPVC windows and doors products.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers on product selection and installation.
3. Customer Service and Relationship Building:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and other industry professionals.
4. Sales Reporting and Administration:
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
- Manage sales orders, quotations, and other administrative tasks.
Requirements:
1. Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Experience:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the building materials or construction industry.
3. Skills:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong product knowledge and technical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
4. Industry Knowledge:
- Familiarity with the building materials and construction industry.
- Knowledge of UPVC windows and doors products and their applications.
Nice to Have:
1. Experience with Saint-Gobain products or similar UPVC windows and doors products.
2. Certification in sales or a related field.
