Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients, conducting site visits, and closing sales deals. This role requires working on Sundays, with a weekly off on Tuesday.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify potential clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals. Conduct site visits and property tours with clients to showcase available listings. Explain the benefits of different properties, market trends, and investment opportunities. Maintain a strong relationship with existing clients and follow up on leads. Negotiate and close sales transactions efficiently. Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and relevant documents. Stay updated with real estate market trends, pricing, and legal requirements. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns. Attend real estate events, exhibitions, and networking meetings as required.

Requirements:

Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar role. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and handle client interactions confidently. Willingness to travel frequently for field visits. Availability to work on Sundays (weekly off on Tuesdays). Basic knowledge of real estate laws and market conditions. A valid driver's license and access to personal transport (preferred).
