Job Summary:



Gravton Motors is looking for a dynamic and results-driven

Sales Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with customers, and driving sales of

Gravton Quanta and other electric two-wheelers (EVs)

. This role requires strong communication skills, customer relationship management, and a passion for

sustainable mobility solutions

.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and engage potential customers through

various sales channels

(showroom, test rides, corporate tie-ups, events, and digital leads). Conduct

product demonstrations and test rides

, highlighting the unique features and benefits of

Gravton EVs

. Explain

pricing, financing options, and government subsidies

applicable to EVs. Build and maintain

strong customer relationships

, ensuring a seamless buying experience. Follow up with leads, handle customer inquiries, and assist in

closing sales

. Collaborate with the

marketing team

to execute promotional campaigns and events. Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve

sales strategies and customer experience

. Maintain accurate

sales reports and customer records

using CRM tools. Stay updated on

EV industry trends, competitor products, and market demand

.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree/Diploma

in

Business, Marketing, Automobile, or a related field

.

1-3 years

of experience in sales (preferably in

automobile or electric vehicle sales

). Strong

communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

. Ability to explain technical aspects of EVs in a

customer-friendly manner

. Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with

field sales and travel

. Basic knowledge of

CRM software, MS Office, and digital lead management

. Passion for

electric mobility and sustainability

is a plus.
